I had a mix of experiences during my one-night stay at Hotel Villa Acacia. While the location was super convenient and the grounds were beautifully kept, I faced some frustrating issues with my room and the staff's organization. Overall, it was a decent place but left me wanting more consistency.

I dealt with a significant hiccup upon arrival when the staff couldn't find my reservation, despite having confirmed it just hours before. The first room I got had a leak from the AC unit, and the replacement room was smaller and didn't have hot water. Not ideal!

The front desk staff was friendly, but the lack of organization was disappointing. I had a hard time getting someone to help me with the parking garage, which turned into a bit of a fiasco. Still, they did help when the AC was leaking.
